Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number, product name, and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged, we require at least 3 reference photos to initiate your return with the vendor:
1 - A photo of the entire item.
2 - A close-up photo of the damage.
3 - A photo of the package (so we can determine if it was damaged in transit).
If an item is damaged, your return shipping will be covered. If you changed your mind and decide not to keep an item, you will be responsible for return shipping.
